For our July 4 edition of Subtract on the Pier, we’re keeping it close it home with an all day solo session from the man behind it all—Subtract founder & Love Long Beach Festival co-founder, Anton Tumas. Free all day with RSVP
Known for his precision curation, Anton has been the driving force behind Subtract’s unmistakable sound for over a decade. From All Day I Dream to Sudbeat, his selections are equal parts cerebral and viscera and pair perfectly with our fine tuned Danley system and seaside setting.
This one also doubles as the official Love Long Beach Festival pre-party, so expect a gathering of real heads, dancers, and our extended fam as we prepare to celebrate the festivals 10 Year Anniversary!

Best sound system in LA county! It’s always dialed in perfectly and I frequently don’t even use earplugs. I’ve met or cemented some of my closest friendships at Subtract events, and I know the music is always on-point regardless of who is booked. I’ve loved seeing big names like Robag Wruhme or Lee Burridge, but some of the best times I’ve had have been with locals or Anton playing all day.
Subtract is one of the best parts of living in Long Beach. I’m excited to continue to support. Love you all!
